Founded in 1969 by Giuseppe Parodi, P&P today is a dynamic company with both young talent and experienced professionals. Some work at our headquarters, others support our customers across the region.

Our People
Our company has always believed that our people are the true value of the enterprise. Since our founding, we’ve nurtured and developed the talent within our organization, building relationships of trust and mutual respect.
Starting in 2009, we launched an initiative dedicated to recognizing and building loyalty with our team, implementing a comprehensive resource development program.
Our initial challenge was to become “an excellent customer-centric group”—a team of skilled and mature professionals capable of raising standards and connecting with customers and stakeholders in ways that bring both personal and organizational satisfaction.
The project has been fully realized and is now permanent. The company has established a “Human Resources and Workplace Culture” role that supports, guides, and coordinates the development, training, and wellbeing of all Parodi & Parodi team members.
Our Headquarters
Many of the ideas and products from Parodi & Parodi are born in a space rich in history and culture: a restored early 1900s mill, meticulously renovated in accordance with Liguria’s Heritage Preservation Board.
Logistics and main production activities are located in other facilities, also in the Genoa province.
Guided tours are available by appointment. The distinctive decorative works are by Giuseppe Noli, one of the leading artists in this characteristic Genoese style that adorned historic villages across Liguria’s maritime and mountain regions.
The decorative elements adorning Parodi & Parodi’s headquarters are among the finest local examples of these refined artisanal creations.
